Our services are designed for owners who use their Athens properties as a second home (personal use) or rent them out via long-term leases (investment properties).

RENTAL AND TENANCY MANAGEMENT
We manage the entire rental process for your investment properties, monitor tenants, and resolve any issues. You simply collect the rent.
UPKEEP & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Includes monthly cleaning, mail collection, and handling of utility bills/building fees with full reporting to the client. We ensure all scheduled maintenance is done on time and at the right cost, with all data logged in our software. We also handle property renovation and upgrades.
RENOVATION SERVICES
We handle design, collecting quotes, and supervising the execution of renovations, upgrades (for energy-efficiency or cosmetic purposes), and relevant legalizations.
